At Inspired Homes, one of our favorite traditions each year is opening our doors to the Kansas City community during the Fall Parade of Homes. This year’s event runs from September 20 through October 5, 2025, with homes open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission is always free, making it the perfect opportunity to explore a wide variety of new homes in KC, meet local home builders, and find inspiration for your next move.

Why Attend the KC Parade of Homes?

The KC Parade of Homes is hosted twice a year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA) and has long been a favorite event for families, homebuyers, and design enthusiasts alike. With dozens of builders participating and hundreds of homes open to tour, it’s an unmatched way to explore the latest in new construction homes in Kansas City.

Parade visitors can pick up a free guide at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) starting September 16 or at any Parade home during the event. Plus, the free mobile app makes it easy to search homes, map your routes, and save your favorites.
