The Inspired Homes

Building Process

Whether you are building your first home or the home for your next chapter, we are with you every step of the way. That is what the Inspired Homeowner Experience is all about: a step-by-step plan that fosters communication and a seamless build process, resulting in an enjoyable experience. When your new home is complete it is covered by our 2-10 homeowner warranty.

1

DESIGN CONSULTATION

At the Design Consultation, you will meet with your Inspired Homes Design Consultant. You will review the interior options and make your personalized selections.

2

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

At the Pre-Construction Meeting, you meet your Inspired Homes Project Manager and Community Manager - your partners throughout the experience. They will review and confirm everything from your plan selections to your options and establish a communication plan that works for you.

3

FOUNDATION QUALITY INSPECTION

Your Project Manager will inspect your new home’s foundation to make sure everything is off to a great start.

4

FRAME INSPECTION

Next, your Project Manager inspects your home’s frame. The Project Manager also checks that your home is built per your plan and selections.

5

MECHANICAL INSPECTION

Next it’s time to review your home’s plumbing, electrical and HVAC installation. We will confirm that all the mechanical options have been included and properly installed.

6

PRE-DRYWALL ORIENTATION

Before we put up the drywall, you will be given a guided walk-through to show you your home’s mechanical systems. This is also your first chance to really envision the actual living space as it starts to take shape, and confirm placement of options.

7

TRIM & DRYWALL INSPECTION

At this stage, your Project Manager reviews the components in your home. Your Project Manager will conduct official verification of the quality of your nearly completed home.

8

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION

After your Project Manager’s final inspection, an Inspired Homes representative performs an additional quality assurance inspection to ensure your home is ready for closing.

9

NEW HOME ORIENTATION

Your new home is ready for move-in, and it’s time for the most important orientation. This is when you will learn all about your new home. Your Project Manager and/or your Warranty Manager will take you on a tour of your entire house and will show you how your new home works.

10

CLOSING

You will meet with your lender, finalize your paperwork and close on your new home!

1-YEAR WARRANTY REVIEW
