Whether you’re an early bird, prefer an evening visit or just want a little extra time to picture yourself in the space, self-guided touring puts you in control. 

What Is NterNow?

NterNow is a secure self-tour system that allows you to tour completed homes by our team without a sales appointment. It’s a great option for buyers who want a more relaxed experience, need flexibility in their schedule or simply prefer to take their time without feeling rushed. 

The process is designed to be easy from start to finish:

1. Find a Home - Start by browsing Inspired Homes’ completed homes that are available for self-guided tours. These homes are move-in ready and open for you to explore. 
2. Verify Your Identity - Create a secure NterNow account using a valid ID. The verification process takes less than a minute and helps ensure a safe experience for everyone. 
3. Get Access - Once verified, you’ll receive directions to the home along with an access code. This code allows you to unlock the home at your scheduled visit time. 
4. Tour Anytime - Step inside and explore at your own pace. Open closets, walk through the layout, imagine how you’d arrange your furniture and take as much time as you need. You can even visit multiple homes and compare styles and features. 

Tour On Your Time

At Inspired Homes, our available NterNow properties are open for self-guided touring every day from 8:00am until 7:00pm, giving you plenty of flexibility. This extended access makes it easier to visit homes before work, after dinner or whenever it fits best into your day.
