Warranty Request

Hello homeowner! We have constructed a durable and energy efficient home for you and furnished it with brand new fixtures and appliances—so everything should be in great working order for years to come. But, we know that minor issues or, occasionally, a bigger problem, may occur due to the always-changing Midwestern climate, normal soil-settling patterns or other factors inside or outside of the home. We’ve got you covered!

To serve you in the most efficient way, please submit your warranty service request by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to 2-10.com and select Sign-In. If you are a first time user, choose Register/Create Account under the Homeowner tab and click on Register my Structural Warranty.
  2. Select Service Requests to create your warranty request.  You can select Save if you want to add additional items at a later time or click Submit to send your request for processing.
  3. Once your request is submitted, a team member will reach out to both you and Inspired Homes.
  4. If you cannot access the homeowner portal, you can submit requests by calling or emailing the Front Line Warranty Service team at 1.800.811.8787 or FLWS@2-10.com.

 

Emergency Warranty Requests

If you experience an emergency warranty-related situation such as no hot water, total loss of electricity or complete lack of heating or cooling, please notify the team through the 2-10.com portal and then reach out directly to the appropriate contractor.
